Warranty Policy
Unit Portables AB hereby warrants that, under normal use, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. At the sole option of Unit Portables AB Authorized Dealers, it will replace the defective product. The warranty is valid only if the original proof of purchase issued to the purchaser, specifying the date of purchase, is presented with the product to be replaced.
How does it work?
If you believe this product is defective within the limited warranty period, carefully repack the unit and return the product to your authorized dealer, with the original proof of purchase. At the sole option of your authorized dealer, it will replace the product in the case a defect in manufacture or workmanship is identified. In Case your authorized dealer does not have the corresponding model or color in stock, Unit Portables AB will promptly provide a corresponding replacement item at his door to your attention.
This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse or misuse of the product, use contrary to Unit Portables AB instructions, ordinary wear and tear, an act of God or unauthorized repair. Any lawsuit for breach of this limited warranty shall be commenced, if at all, within one (1) year of the date that the claim accrues.
Other than the limited warranty set forth above, Unit Portables AB expressly disclaims and excludes all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, relating to the use or performance of the product.
Unit Portables AB shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this product, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Some states do not permit limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty does not restrict the rights of the consumer mandated under applicable laws.
